I've yet to share with you my recent attempts at breadmaking -- mostly because they've been awful! While I love baking, breadmaking isn't exactly my forte. So, after a number of so-so results, I decided to turn to good ol' America's Test Kitchen, and hope for a no-fail recipe. I'm pretty sure I found one in its Multigrain Bread. If I was able to come up with two attractive and tasty loaves, I'm guessing most anyone can! I was especially impressed with the "shelf life" of it -- days after baking, it was still very soft and fresh. Warning, moms: My kids didn't like the "multigrain" factor! You could always skip the pumpkin seeds.
