What I see in my dreams...
In preparation for our latest attempt at garden produce (Grandma and Grandpa surprised us with raised gardens!), I've been trying to learn more about canning. While I'm generally not scared off by kitchen matters, for some reason canning makes me want to run in the opposite direction! However, in an effort to eat more fresh, local and delicious fruits and veggies year-round (and fully take advantage of our new CSA share), I've been trying to better familiarize myself with canning practices. I just ran across this photo on Canning Across America. Do you think that I could learn anything from this person? :)
